1. The service
NerdIT provides online courses, exams, AI-assisted capstone grading, and verifiable certificates. Course content is free. Verified certificates are paid and optional. Some career programs require paid enrolment before you can study them.
2. Your account
- Give accurate registration information and keep it up to date.
- Keep your sign-in credentials confidential.
- Do not share your account or transfer it to anyone else.
- We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, copy, or redistribute course content without our written permission.
- Submit work you did not produce as a capstone or assignment.
- Share exam questions or answers, or get help from anyone else during an exam.
- Try to bypass sign-in, payments, exam rules, or rate limits.
- Create extra accounts or fake referrals to collect XP, coupons, or rewards.
- Use the platform to harass, defame, or distribute illegal content.
- Reverse engineer or interfere with the service.
4. Intellectual property
All course content, branding, and platform code belong to NerdIT or our licensors. You receive a personal, non-transferable, non-exclusive licence to use the content for your own learning. You keep ownership of work you submit. You give us a limited licence to display and grade it so we can deliver the service.
5. Course access
If you do not finish a course within 90 days of enrolling, it leaves your dashboard. Your progress is kept. Open the course again to continue, and the 90 days start again.
6. Exams and certificates
If you fail an exam, you can retake it after a 30-minute wait. Certificates are issued only to learners who complete the required lessons, pass the exam, and submit the capstone where one is required. Each certificate has a unique verification ID. We may revoke a certificate that was issued in error or obtained by breaking these terms.
7. Payments
Payments for certificates and career programs are processed by our payment partner, Razorpay. Prices are shown in Indian Rupees (₹) and include applicable taxes. Refund rules are in our Refund Policy.
8. XP, coupons, and referrals
You earn XP by learning and can exchange it for discount coupons. Referral rewards are given once per invited learner, after that learner's first certificate purchase. XP and coupons have no cash value and cannot be transferred. We may change reward rules, or remove rewards obtained by abuse.
9. AI grading
Capstones are graded by AI against the published rubric. We tune the grading continuously, but AI grading is provided "as is" and can be wrong. If you think a grade is wrong, email admin@nerdit.in to ask for a manual review.
10. Service availability
We work to keep NerdIT online and fast, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may change, suspend, or remove features at any time. Where reasonable, we will tell users in advance of disruptive changes.
11. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NerdIT is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service. Our total liability under these terms is limited to the amount you paid NerdIT in the twelve months before the claim.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes will be settled by the courts of Surat, Gujarat.
13. Changes
We may update these terms. We will email you about material changes and update the "Last updated" date above.
